Our Team
Our millwright crews are trained to provide the best service possible. With experience laborers and foremen we guarantee getting the job done the right way. Our employees are required to have OSHA 10 hour training before starting at any job site to ensure proper safety procedures.

TMB CONSTRUCTION INC. is a family owned business founded by Tomas and Elina Millan. Tomas has more than 20+ years in the millwright and grain systems industry. We are based out of Willmar Minnesota but have provided services to other areas such as North and South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. TMB is a subcontracting company that provides millwright and labor services with safety being a top priority. We hope to continue working within the area and expand to provide exceptional service for years to come.
